Awake the energies of Spring by joining Raquel and Joelle for a afternoon of dancing and sound. They will curated the afternoon to welcome the Equinox and help to encourage self-awareness , self-love and to deeply align or realign oneself to the bigger SELF.

About the event
To welcome in the Spring Equinox, Raquel will start the afternoon by getting our bodies moving with her thoughtful curated music selection. We will dance and flow with the the emotions in your body to see what blooms. Then we will flow into a Sound Healing lead by Joelle. Using her Crystal and Himalayan singing bowls, gongs, rain stick, drums, chimes, crystal singing pyramid and other instrument; She will help to create a deeply relaxing, rejuvinating and meditative experience. This is an incredibly deep opportunity to connect with self, with Spirit, and with the sacred. To deeply align or realign oneself to the bigger SELF.
Arrive by 1:45pm to set up your space for a prompt start. Please dress comfortably and bring a yoga mat or chair, blankets and pillows Also bring anything to make yourself comfortable like a eye cover and extra pillows :) Space Limited to 10 guests.
