Spring is a time of blooming and growth. Join Joelle as she leads you for an hour of your own personal growth. During this sound bath we will take a journey lead by Joelle and various instruments including gongs, crystal and Himalayan bowls, drums, chimes and more.

About the event
As the weather grows warmer, its hard to not feel the excitement and growth thats happening all around us. Join Joelle as she uses Crystal and Himalayan singing bowls, gongs, rain stick, drums, chimes, crystal singing pyramid and other instruments to create a deeply relaxing, rejuvinating and meditative experience to help you feel into this Spring energy.
Arrive by 6:45pm to set up your space for a prompt start. Please dress comfortably and bring a yoga mat or chair. Also I recommend bring anything to make yourself comfortable like a pillow for your head or under your legs, blanket or/and eye cover. Space Limited to 10 guests.
